Apparel:

Because of the nature and sensitivity of many of the delicate materials used in production of our products, we encourage you to either hand-wash these materials or use the hand-wash feature on your washing machine.

Use delicate cycle drying to prevent damage or shrinking of your new items.

Footwear:

Because of the natural leather and suede materials used in many of our footwear, follow this guide to ensure the longevity of your new shoes.

leather shoes:

1) Conditioning the leather every few months using a leather conditioner to maintain its suppleness.

2) Applying a high-quality leather polish for added shine and protection.

3) Clean regularly using a soft, damp cloth to remove dust and dirt.

suede shoes:

1) Using a suede eraser for scuff marks or stains.

2) Applying a waterproof suede protector to guard against moisture and stains.

3) Brushing gently with a suede brush to maintain the nap and remove dirt.

Outerwear:

Wool & Cashmere:

1) Use a gentle hand wash or a delicate cycle with cold water.

2) Use a sweater comb to remove any pilling or fuzz.

3) Steam lightly to remove wrinkles instead of ironing directly.

leather outerwear:

1) Apply a leather conditioner every few months to prevent drying and cracking.

2) Wipe off dirt with a soft, damp cloth immediately after wear.

3) Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

denim outerwear:

1) Spot clean with a damp cloth for minor stains.

2) Hang to air out after wearing instead of frequent washing.

3) Wash sparingly to preserve color and fit.

Belts, Wallets & Accessories:

1) Regularly wipe down with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust and debris.

2) Condition every few months using a leather conditioner to keep leather supple and prevent cracking.

3) Keep leather items from getting wet to prevent discolorations and damage.

Eyewear:

1) Clean lenses regularly using a microfiber cloth to avoid scratches.

2) Use a gentle lens cleaner or a mix of warm water and mild soap for thorough cleaning.

3) Avoid placing sunglasses lens-side down to prevent scratches.
